Ever wonder what goes into making a music video? We let fans experience a few of our fave VMA award-winning music videos in a whole new way! “Behind The Lens” was pop up videos for the 21st century! We presented past VMA-winning or 2010 nominated music videos and layered in tons of ancillary content (trivia, insider info, behind-the-scenes video, photos, etc.) that dove deep into the making of the videos.
Phase 1 promoted the show in the lead-up with a look back at past Video Of The Year winning music videos by Beyoncé, Justin Timberlake and Green Day. Then, closer to the show, we launched five additional videos featuring 2010 VMA nominees: Katy Perry, Usher, 3OH!3 ft. Ke$ha, Jason Derulo, and B.o.B. ft. Hayley Williams.
